A new idea
Last weekend, one of my best friend, Laura, came from D.C. to spend a few days with us. As we were chatting about healthy and bad habits around a paleo brownie, she told me that I should be a health coach. At first, I laughed at the idea thinking that when I try to talk "healthy food" too people, they are in general not interested or overwhelmed. But she said that there were still a lots of people out there, who would be willing to pay for my advice. I was still pretty skeptic. But then, a few days later, as I was doing a regular check-up on my interests, skills and needs, I realized that indeed, there may be a pool of people out there, who could be interested in what I have to say about health in general. And I started seeing myself, not really as a lecturer and coach, but more as a guide and inspiration.
